		<description>William.
Let&#039;s move forward. Let me know when you have a &quot;clean&quot; copy of the proposal that we can review and execute. We can work out the delivery and payment schedule on the stone and mulch when we connect.
Thx

<description>I will answer your questions &quot;in line&quot; one at a time.

William wrote: Okay I will add this. Ed Kovatch Requested&gt; 1. Point 2- would like you to add the same language you have in point 4 in regards to removing dead and dying trees under 9 inches in diameter. You had noticed at least 2 trees in this area that should be removed.

William wrote: Okay I will add this. Ed Kovatch Requested&gt; 2. Point 4- you had offered to cut a path/walkway through this area as part of the beautification process. Please add that to the proposal.

William wrote: Okay I will add this as long as the existing debris in between the house and the creek and none of the debris is over 9 inches in diameter (thick). And not more than 3 full trees. I did not see that much other debris or fallen trees. If there is a lot (over 5 pickup truck loads) then I will need to see it. Ed Kovatch Requested&gt; 3. Point 6-as part of the debris management, will you include existing debris, fallen trees, branches, etc. as part of the process?

William wrote: Okay I will add this after we agree on the specific plants. Ed Kovatch Requested&gt; 4. Rear yard beautification- would like to add a couple of evergreen plantings as you suggested. Understand that is not part of the cost-need a price for that.

William wrote: &lt;strong&gt;I can&#039;t add this with out any cost&lt;/strong&gt;, but if you want me to bill it to you later but deliver it now I can do that if it helps. Ed Kovatch Requested&gt; 5. Walkway project. Would you be willing to include the stone as part of the total cost of this project?

William wrote: Yes one of my guys will get you started and practice with you for a few minutes and set you free. You can feel free to ask them to take a look after you finish the trimming of a few of the bushes or trees and give you some feedback. I will add this. Ed Kovatch Requested&gt; 6. Trimming around the front of the house-when would someone work with me to understand how best to do that work?

William wrote: Okay we will do this. Ed Kovatch Requested&gt; 7. Would also like ideas/suggestions on plantings for the rear yard in the mossy area and around the walkway.

William wrote: Okay we will do this. Ed Kovatch Requested&gt; 8. Suggestions for plantings at front of house to replace scraggly rose bushes under the bay window.

William wrote: Okay again. Ed Kovatch Requested&gt; Points 7 and 8 can be done at your convenience- although I am sure you already have a pretty good idea of what would work best.

Hopefully this works for you. I will call you on Monday if I have not heard from you. We can start immediately.

All my best until we meet again.

		<description>William
Thanks for the quick turn around and all of the information. Susan was impressed with the pictures and your comments.

Have reviewed the proposals and have a few points that we need to clarify and once that is done, we would be ready to move forward.
1. Point 2- would like you to add the same language you have in point 4 in regards to removing dead and dying trees under 9 inches in diameter. You had noticed at least 2 trees in this area that should be removed.
2. Point 4- you had offered to cut a path/walkway through this area as part of the beautification process. Please add that to the proposal.
3. Point 6-as part of the debris management, will you include existing debris, fallen trees, branches, etc. as part of the process?
4. Rear yard beautification- would like to add a couple of evergreen plantings as you suggested. Understand that is not part of the cost-need a price for that.
5. Walkway project. Would you be willing to include the stone as part of the total cost of this project?
6. Trimming around the front of the house-when would someone work with me to understand how best to do that work?
7. Would also like ideas/suggestions on plantings for the rear yard in the mossy area and around the walkway.
8. Suggestions for plantings at front of house to replace scraggly rose bushes under the bay window. Points 7 and 8 can be done at your convenience- although I am sure you already have a pretty good idea of what would work best.

I am running errands today and can be reached via my cell. Looking forward to getting started. Feel free to gIve me a call or shoot me an email.
